Registered Nurse (RN)Rate: $38.50- $44.70/hour (depending on experience) Sign-on Bonus: Up to $7,500!!! Shift: Full-Time, Part-Time Schedule: Hiring all shifts!Taconic Rehabilitation & Nursing at Ulster is looking to add a Registered Nurse (RN) to its nursing team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality nursing care, perform clinical assessments, administer medications and treatments, and help ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents.

Join us and make a difference every day.Responsibilities:Provide nursing care in accordance with resident assessments, care plans, and facility policiesPerform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition, communicating concerns to providers, supervisors, and families as appropriateAdminister medications, treatments, IV therapies, and enteral feedings within the RN scope of practiceAccurately document assessments, care provided, treatments, and resident responsesSupervise and support Nursing Assistants to ensure quality resident care and timely completion of assigned tasksCoordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team membersEnsure resident care plans and clinical documentation remain current and accurateFollow infection control, safety, resident rights, and confidentiality standardsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing staff education activitiesPerform additional duties as assignedRequirements:Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferredValid NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License requiredCurrent CPR Certification requiredExperience in a skilled nursing facility or with the geriatric population preferredStrong clinical assessment, medication administration, and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilitiesAbility to supervise nursing assistants and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teamsCommitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered careBenefits:Paid Time Off (PTO) for Full-Time and Part-TimeWeekly or Same-Day Pay OptionsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramRetirement Saving OptionsQualifications:RNEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
