Mercy is seeking a dedicated Registered or Graduate Nurse for our Cardiovascular ICU 3E. In this high-acuity unit, you will deliver complex, evidence-based care to critically ill cardiac and post-surgical patients, managing ventilators, titrating vasoactive drips, and interpreting cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic data. You’ll collaborate closely with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams, communicate clearly with families, and uphold strict safety and infection-prevention standards.
