- Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously.
- Document assessment information appropriately.

Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Experience: Previous Geriatric Psych experience preferred. Previous hospital experience preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Current RI License. BLS required. CPI training within 1 year of employment.
