Home Care Registered NurseOur agency home care RN ensures quality and safe delivery of nursing services to clients in a home setting. Our registered nurse(s) work to develop, implement and evaluate the plan of care and make necessary revisions to address all problems in the plan of care. They provide coordination of the plan of care, maintaining continuity of client care with other health professionals while identifying interdisciplinary care needs and making recommendations for additional home health care services.Job qualifications:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a four-year degreeCurrent nursing licensure by the state of GeorgiaOne year of skilled nursing experience preferredWillingness to accept supervision and instruction as neededPass a criminal history clearance prior to workingComply with the random drug testing program as requestedBe committed to attendance as scheduled, and open to consider fill-inJob skills:Knowledge and competence in technique and practice of the nursing professionAbility to communicate effectively using written and verbal mediaAbility to adapt and communicate with clients/families from a variety of cultural, economic, and social backgroundsEnvironmental and working conditions:Be able to work in all types of weather and home environmentsMust be a licensed driver in the state of Georgia.
