RN Float Pool

As an RN Float Pool nurse at Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, CA, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care across multiple units, including med-surg, telemetry, step-down, and specialty areas. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support a patient-first, safety-focused environment. You will respond to changing acuity and staffing needs, adapt quickly to diverse patient populations, document accurately in the EMR, support patient and family education, and participate in ongoing professional development and quality initiatives.
