Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN for our Float Pool to provide patient-centered care across multiple inpatient units. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient populations, adapting quickly to different clinical settings. You will administer medications, manage IVs, monitor patient status, and document in the EHR while upholding safety and infection control standards.
