RN Float Pool: Med-Surg to ICU — Adaptive Shifts

UF Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Float III to provide individualized nursing care across Med Surg and Critical Care units in Florida. The role involves assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and patient education within standard nursing practice.

The RN will float between areas as assigned, participate in rounds, manage pain, educate families, supervise staff, and respond to emergencies, ensuring high-quality patient care and patient safety.
