Job Description

The Staff Pad has partnered with a respectedhealthcare organization in Russellville, AL to hire a dedicated andcompassionate Float Pool Registered Nurse committed to delivering exceptionalpatient care and positive clinical outcomes.

In this role, you will provide and coordinatehigh-quality patient care by assessing patient needs, developing individualizedcare plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team. You will implementphysician orders, deliver nursing interventions, advocate for patients, andevaluate care outcomes to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate treatment.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing carefollowing established standards and protocols
  
• Conduct physical assessments andevaluate patient health status
  
• Assist with cardiac catheterizationand specialized procedures
  
• Coordinate discharge planning toensure continuity of care
  
• Maintain accurate patient recordsand documentation
  
• Administer medications and monitorpatient responses
  
• Educate patients and families onhealth management and disease prevention
  
• Support quality improvementinitiatives to enhance patient care
  

What We Are Looking For

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state ofpractice
  
• Strong clinical knowledge ofanatomy, physiology, and Nursing best practices
  
• Urgent care or ambulatory surgerycenter experience preferred
  
• Proficient in suturing and avariety of clinical procedures
  
• Familiarity with geriatric careprinciples is a plus
  
• Exceptional communication, patienteducation, and interpersonal skills
