RN Float Pool – Full-Time Night Shift

Role: Dedicated Float Pool Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Implement physician orders and deliver nursing interventions.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate treatment.
• Assist with specialized procedures such as cardiac catheterization.
• Administer medications and educate patients and families on health management.
• Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nursing practices.
• Experience in urgent care or ambulatory surgery centers preferred.
• Proficiency in suturing and clinical procedures.
• Familiarity with geriatric care principles a plus.
• Exceptional communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills.
