What You'll Do
- Utilize the nursing process to provide and coordinate patient care.
- Initiate, monitor, and revise interdisciplinary plans of care based on assessments and physician orders.
- Complete patient documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide ongoing teaching to patients and families to guide them across the continuum of care.
- Support the development of students, new staff, and colleagues, and may serve as a preceptor.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
- Education : Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
- Experience : Not specified.
- Licenses & Certifications :
- CPR – American Heart Association required.
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate required.
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate required.
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate required.
