Full‑time night in‑patient float pool RN position requiring a minimum of 2 years inpatient experience across multiple units. The RN delivers patient‑centered care following the nursing process, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and ensures compliance with clinical protocols and physician orders.
Essential Functions
* Coordinate and deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in accordance with organizational policies and nursing protocols.
