As a Float Pool RN at Mercy Jefferson, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care across multiple inpatient units during night shifts. You’ll assess and monitor patients, administer medications, manage IVs, and respond to changing conditions while documenting care in the EHR. Working closely with physicians and the care team, you’ll support diverse patient populations, adapt quickly to new units, and help maintain safe staffing.
