RN Float Pool

Lakeview Hospital is seeking an RN Float Pool PRN to provide compassionate, patient-centered behavioral health care across adolescent, adult, and geriatric units. In this flexible, as-needed role, you will assess and stabilize patients with acute psychiatric and co-occurring disorders, administer medications, implement treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensure accurate documentation, uphold safety and de-escalation protocols, educate patients and families, and support a respectful, therapeutic environment focused on recovery and dignity.
