RN Float | ED & Regional Shifts | Self-Scheduled

Baylor Scott and White Health is seeking an RN Float for the PRN ED Float Pool Day role. The RN will coordinate patient care, assess needs, and adapt care plans within our nursing model.

You will delegate tasks, ensure patient safety, and assist with smooth transitions across care settings in a dynamic hospital environment. With 4+ years in Emergency nursing and an RN license, you’ll thrive in self-scheduling and may float to multiple regions to maximize hours.
