RN First Assistant (RNFA) – Perioperative Expert

CHRISTUS Health is seeking an experienced RNFA to work perioperatively in collaboration with the surgeon and health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The RNFA practices under the surgeon's direction and does not concurrently act as a scrub nurse.

The role requires successful completion of an RNFA program that meets AORN standards and CNOR certification, with at least 5 years of OR experience including scrubbing and circulating, in a full-time, on-site capacity.
