Support injured workers while enjoying strong training, leadership support, and peer collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate care between injured workers, employers, and providers
- Use your clinical judgment to guide treatment and return-to-work plans
- Make in-person visits and maintain ongoing communication
What You Need:
- Active California RN license
- Able to work full time during normal business hours
- Strong communication skills and comfort working independently
- Proactive mindset, trainable yet autonomous
- Energetic, ethical, and organized
