RN Field Assessor- AR HealthCare Support is actively seeking an RN Assessor to fill an opening with a prestigious Healthcare Organization working remotely, but must reside in Arkansas to be considered.
Must Be Located In One Of These Areas
- Arkadelphia, Malvern over to Hot Springs
- NW-Ft. Smith to the Missouri Border
Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments for Medicaid beneficiaries, documenting findings accurately and in compliance with program guidelines.
- Utilize telephonic and digital tools to gather clinical information, evaluate patient needs, and coordinate with supervisors on case determinations.
- Apply nursing expertise to assess the functional status of adult and aging populations, ensuring recommendations align with Medicaid eligibility criteria
- Mon-Fri: 7am-4:30pm
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience as a licensed RN
- RN licensure in the state of Arkansas
- Experience working with Medicaid/Medicare population (home health background preferred)
- High level of comfort with technology use

Pay Details
$40.00 – $43.00 an hour
