UCHealth is seeking RNs for our Acute Care Surgery Fellowship, a structured program for new or transitioning nurses to build expertise in complex surgical and trauma care. Fellows provide direct, supervised care to post-operative and acutely ill patients, performing assessments, administering medications, managing wounds and drains, and responding to changes in condition. Working in our academic, patient-first environment, you will collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams, participate in skills labs and ongoing education, and grow professionally while supporting safety, quality, and exceptional patient experiences.
