Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience in handling a variety of emergency situations.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care to patients in critical situations.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the Epic charting system.
- Administer medications and treatment as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes effectively.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare needs and proper treatments.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency room nursing experience preferred.
- Previous charge experience is preferred.
- Valid RN license in Washington or compact state required at the time of submission.
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS are required.
- Experience with Epic charting system is required.
