Job Description:
Join a dedicated emergency department team as a registered nurse in this 15-week contract at a 123-bed Level 3 Trauma Center in Spokane Valley, WA. This role offers a chance to work in a smaller community hospital setting, focusing on the fast-paced environment of the ED where you’ll manage a variety of patient cases, including geriatric, abdominal pain, chest pain, stroke, psych, respiratory, and pediatric patients. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts, providing critical care skills such as TNK, conscious sedation, chest tubes, and central lines, with ample opportunity to apply your certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and more. The hospital supports you with a well-trained team, state-of-the-art equipment, and a comprehensive orientation program.
