What You’ll Do:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care in accordance with established standards and the nursing process
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes
- Supervise and support assigned nursing staff while promoting safe, high-quality care
- Educate patients and families while assisting with discharge planning and continuity of care
What You’ll Bring:
- BLS/CPR certification required
- ACLS and PALS certifications required
- Acute care nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership abilities
