We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The RN will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Administer critical care medications and treatments.
- Monitor patients and manage sedation and emergency protocols.
- Conduct assessments for STEMI, Stroke, and Sepsis.
- Perform necessary procedures including intubation and chest tube insertion.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EDM.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI.
- Experience in critical care environments, specifically with gtts, sedation, ESI, and codes.
- Preferred experience in trauma care.
