Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its fast-paced Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support positive patient outcomes in an acute care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions and care plans
- Educate patients and families regarding treatments and care needs
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Delegate and coordinate nursing resources appropriately
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.
