Registered Nurse (RN) - Night ShiftThis position involves a 12-hour night shift, from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with rotating weekends and holidays.Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for and participates in the care of an assigned group of patients. As a staff nurse, you will be delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
The role requires flexibility as duties may vary based on the needs of the department and the hospital.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in patient care and support nursing staff as needed.Utilize clinical judgment to deliver high-quality care according to established protocols.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs and improve outcomes.Document patient care activities accurately and timely.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureGraduate of an accredited nursing program; no prior experience is necessary.Current license from the State of Illinois.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required.Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
