Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a background in Urology to provide exceptional care in an outpatient clinic setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to handle a fast-paced environment while managing patient care effectively.
Responsibilities
- Perform catheter exchanges as a majority of job duties.
- Administer and mix Intravesicular BCG as needed.
- Conduct trials of void and catheterization support.
- Assist with patient assessments and follow-up phone calls.
- Provide patient education and health assessments.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid RN license in Washington or Compact state.
- Recent outpatient clinic experience with catheters.
- Experience in ER, pre/post, or ambulatory settings preferred.
- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to triage effectively.
- Two references covering one year within the last three years required prior to start.
