Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Schedule

This position is for a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend and holiday.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The RN will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patients, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes
• Assistance with daily living activities and patient education
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
• Document patient care and progress accurately

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• TNCC certification preferred
• Epic experience is a plus
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
• Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap inoculations
