Job Description:
Seeking a registered nurse to fill a 13-week contract managing emergency department (ED) in a busy hospital setting. This role involves overseeing patient stabilization across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, in a high-acuity environment. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing advanced clinical care including critical drips, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and managing multisystem trauma and complex medical conditions. The hospital is well-equipped with telemetry, ventilators, and ED-specific resources. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of ED experience, certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and de-escalation, and can handle a fast-paced, diverse patient population.
