Job Description:
As a Travel ER RN , you'll provide critical care to patients in emergency situations. You'll be the frontline responder in treating trauma, acute illnesses, and urgent medical conditions—making an immediate impact wherever you're assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage, assess, and treat patients in emergency situations
- Administer medications, start IVs, and assist with procedures
- Collaborate with emergency physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and families during high-stress events
Requirements:
- Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and TNCC preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent Emergency Room experience
- Strong critical thinking, rapid decision-making, and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm and confident under pressure
