Description:This is a night shift position in the emergency department.The unit has 13 beds and a staff of 40, with flexible staffing on day and night shifts.Patient ratios are 1:3 to 1:4, expanding as needed based on circumstances.The emergency department is a non-trauma center.Typical procedures performed in the unit align with general emergency department practices.Preferred candidates are open, collaborative, and have a fun personality.Candidates without the required skills will not be considered for the role.Those with the preferred skills will be prioritized in the hiring process.Weekend night shifts may be necessary based on staffing needs.
