Emergency Room Nurse - ED
This is a 13-week contract position.
7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will play a crucial role in patient care, operating in high-pressure scenarios where attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication are imperative. Your ability to remain calm under pressure will be essential in delivering exceptional care to patients in critical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assist doctors during operations and administer medications safely.
- Manage multiple patients, prioritizing care based on individual needs.
- Provide support and information to patients and their families during emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- 3+ years of recent Emergency Department experience REQUIRED
- Telemetry experience PREFERRED
- Previous travel nursing experience PREFERRED
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
- State Licenses: Michigan
