Description:Seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room.This position involves working in a large Emergency Department handling patients from low acuity to high acuity.The patient demographics include adults, pediatrics, and geriatric populations.The candidates must possess experience with trauma care and critical care cases.Weekend work is required, and flexibility in scheduling is encouraged.Floating to other facilities may be expected.The unit is recognized as a trauma center and a primary receiving center for strokes.Candidates must have experience with various medical procedures such as arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, and blood product administration.Applicants should be comfortable interpreting arterial blood gases and managing critically ill patients.Candidates will be involved in triage and management of various medical emergencies.References are required to be submitted prior to the start of employment.Candidates should be open to working holidays.All requests for time off must be provided upfront during the application process.This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills.
