Description:Unit information includes 19 beds and a staff of 26 FTEs.Core staffing needs require 33 personnel.Day shift typically has 1 Charge RN, 1 Triage RN, 4 Bedside RNs, 1 Health Unit Coordinator, and 1 Tech.Night shift typically has 1 Charge RN, 1 Triage RN, 4 Bedside RNs, 1 Health Unit Coordinator, and 1 Tech.Patient ratios are either 4:1 or 5:1.Equipment utilized includes Philips and the EMR system is Meditech.Skills most sought after include tPA, STEMI care, CPR, laceration repair, and orthopedic care.The ideal candidate will fit a positive culture.Weekend rotations are required with no on-call responsibilities.Unit policies and guidelines can be referenced for additional information.
