Description:Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room.The position involves working night shifts in a high-paced environment.Incumbents will care for patients with urgent and emergent needs.Patient age groups include neonates, infants, children, adults, and geriatrics.The nurse must demonstrate skill in charge and triage duties.IV starts and phlebotomy are essential skills required for the role.Clinicians will be trained on the unit before working charge.Weekend coverage and call rotation required.Scrubs are not provided; staff must wear navy blue.Travel candidates must complete a minimum of one travel assignment for consideration.References including supervisory contacts are required as part of the application process.Practice within the facility will involve interdisciplinary support services.Daily census averages around 115 visits, with a patient ratio of 1:4.Nurses should be proficient in managing IVs and interpreting dysrhythmias.Commitment to excellent patient care and teamwork is essential.
