Job Description
Join a specialized ER Holding unit providing medical-surgical level of care. This position requires a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in a fast-paced environment, focusing on patient management and care coordination.
Responsibilities
- Administer care to patients in an ER holding unit
- Monitor patient vital signs and provide necessary interventions
- Manage complex care processes including IV management and telemetry
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred; 1 year may be considered
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS
- Experience with patient ratios of 1:4
- Travel experience is encouraged but not mandatory
