Join the renowned Cleveland Clinic team as a Registered Nurse in the PRN Float Pool, providing critical care support across multiple hospitals. This self-scheduling position is ideal for those who can work independently and are flexible with variable shifts.

What You'll Do

• Provide patient care through sound Nursing Practice procedures.
• Perform accurate and complete admission assessments within defined time frames.
• Assess and document patient's pain levels utilizing appropriate protocols.
• Prioritize and document patient problems based on assessed needs in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team.
• Establish and implement a plan of care in collaboration with other disciplines.
• Monitor and document patient's condition and effectiveness of care and interventions.
• Evaluate, update, and revise the plan of care to achieve expected outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education:

• Completion of a recognized course of study from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; required within 3 years of hire date.

Experience:

• Minimum two years recent experience in Critical Care.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
