Job Description:
Join our team as a versatile Preoperative/Post-Anesthesia Recovery RN in Peoria, Illinois. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced endoscopy setting, managing 20-30 high-volume procedures daily. You’ll be responsible for overseeing 2-3 patients during their recovery, ensuring safe airway management, IV skills, and procedural sedation. If you have solid experience in advanced airway skills and cardiac rhythm interpretation, this role is tailored to showcase your proficiency in a supportive environment, with no weekend or on-call duties- just genuine hands-on recovery work. Your day will involve managing patients post-endoscopy, guiding them safely toward discharge or back to inpatient care, all while utilizing your expertise in EPIC EMR and modern recovery practices.
