Overview

WorkFit Medical Staffing is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Endoscopy to join our team in Geneva. In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures. You will work closely with gastroenterologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient procedures while maintaining patient comfort and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
• Collaborate with gastroenterologists and the healthcare team to ensure safe, efficient procedures and high-quality patient care.
• Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the endoscopic process.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
• Must be outside of a 30 mile radius
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Endoscopy or Gastroenterology setting preferred
• Strong understanding of endoscopic procedures and patient management
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to nursing care

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay rate: $60-$62/hr
• Hours: 36 hours per week plus call; 1 hour call response time
• Call rotation includes two full weekends of call and one weekday per week; response time 1 hour
• Response time: Within 1 hour of call activation

Shift Start Times

• 6:30 AM – Pre-Op Endoscopy
• 7:00 AM – Circulator/Technician Endoscopy
• 7:30 AM – Post-Op Endoscopy
