We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at a critical access hospital in a unique Alaskan community. As an RN, you will work at the top of your license, providing world-class emergency care with a focus on human connection, teamwork, and versatility. Your responsibilities include delivering compassionate patient care, demonstrating resilience under pressure, and building strong patient relationships within a close-knit community.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver emergency and acute care services in a rural hospital setting
- Apply specialized nursing skills to meet patient needs effectively

- Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (PALS within 90 days)
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
Additional Details
This role offers temporary assignments with free housing and rental car. Shifts are 12-hour, variable, with a weekly workload of 36 hours. The position emphasizes compassion, resilience, and community engagement, providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in rural emergency care.
