What You’ll Do
- Utilize the nursing process to provide and coordinate the plan of patient care.
- Initiate, monitor, and revise interdisciplinary plan of care based on assessment findings and physician orders.
- Complete patient documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide ongoing and appropriate teaching to patients and families.
- Support the development of students, new staff, and colleagues, and may serve as a preceptor.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
Education:
- Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
Licenses & Certifications:
- CPR – American Heart Association
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
