I would prefer someone with an IL license, however if the candidate was the right fit, I would be willing to wait.
Required Qualifications: RNs with at LEAST 1+ years' experience, at an acute facility would be preferred. Tele or pulm exp would be an added bonus, but by no means a requirement. ADN and BSN within 5 years, BSN preferred Preferred Qualifications: License Required: IL Lic will consider without Certificates Required: BLS, ACLS within 6mths of hire
