As an Electrophysiology Registered Nurse, you will:

• Coordinate and collaboratewith team members to prepare cases, organize rooms, and assist with setup and takedown before and after procedures.
• Circulate during procedures, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Assist the anesthesiologist withanesthesia induction and intubation.
• Anticipate patient-specific needsduring cases and support the team during critical situations to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Take alead role in patient care, including:
  • Conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating progress toward expectedoutcomes.
  • Taking primary responsibility for the care delivered by theCare Teamunder your supervision.

This is a New Hire Retention Bonus eligible position up to $7K.
