Hartford Healthcare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for our ED Observation Unit. In this fast-paced setting, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients requiring short-term observation, ongoing assessment, and stabilization. Responsibilities include triage, medication administration, IV therapy, cardiac and vital sign monitoring, patient and family education, and coordination with the ED and inpatient teams. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff, document care accurately in the EMR, support quality and safety initiatives, and mentor others while contributing to an inclusive, compassionate culture.
