Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA Team : Oversee the Quality Assurance program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and Implement Training Programs : Design and implement comprehensive training programs for staff members, focusing on skills development, knowledge enhancement, and performance improvement.
- Conduct Performance Evaluations : Lead regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to staff members.
- Foster a Positive Work Environment : Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting open communication, collaboration, and staff engagement.
- Monitor and Report Quality Metrics : Track and analyze quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or staff development role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills , with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members.
- Must be an Registered nurse (RN)
