Home Health of Western Colorado seeks a compassionate RN to provide in-home skilled nursing care across Western Colorado. The RN conducts comprehensive assessments, administers treatments and medications, manages wounds, and coordinates care with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, educating patients and families, documenting in an EMR, and communicating with physicians.
