Candidates must outline all criteria they are willing to accept. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will expedite securing an offer. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. Requests for time off must be included and cannot exceed seven days.
There is no time off permitted during the first week of the assignment. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. Immediate notification is required if a candidate withdraws or is no longer available. A complete resume is required, including all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds listed. A CVOR skills checklist must be completed within the last 12 months.
