UCHealth seeks an experienced RN CVOR to deliver expert perioperative care for cardiovascular surgery patients in a high-acuity OR. The RN will circulate and scrub for complex cardiac procedures, coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and perfusion, and ensure strict adherence to aseptic technique and safety standards. Responsibilities include pre-op assessment, intra-op monitoring, hemodynamic support, and immediate post-op transition. The nurse will precept staff, participate in evidence-based practice, support quality improvement, and embody UCHealth’s culture of patient-first care, teamwork, and continuous learning.
