Travel RN - OR CirculatorThis is a 13-week contract position.Days - 4 10-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call requirements.The Operating Room Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for the care of the patient in the operating room. As a member of the surgical team, the RN collaborates with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, OR Technicians, and other personnel to provide comprehensive patient care in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, AORN guidelines, and hospital policies.Ensure availability of supplies and timeliness of cases.Communicate effectively with families regarding patient status.Update and maintain physician preference cards.Scrub and assist physicians during surgical procedures.Supervise personnel delivering patient care in the operating room.2+ years of OR Circulator experience.Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross).Experience with robotics preferred.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
