RN - CVICU - Night Shift

Position:

RN - Critical Care - CVICU

Location:

Glenbrook, IL

Hours:

7pm-7:30am (Nights) with rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure high-quality care outcomes.
• Lead and supervise assigned unlicensed nursing personnel.
• Contribute to safety and enhance patient experience.
• Assume accountability for nursing care outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current IL nursing license required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification mandatory.
• Minimum 1-year hospital nursing experience preferred, with ECmo or Impella pump experience advantageous.
