Responsibilities include continuous monitoring, complex medication and drip management, ventilator support, and rapid response to clinical changes. You will collaborate with an expert multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, follow strict safety and quality standards, and mentor newer nurses while advancing your critical care skills in a supportive, learning-focused environment.
