What You'll Do
- Appropriately assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Follow policies/procedures and clinical practice standards.
- Collaborate and communicate relevant patient data effectively.
- Develop teaching plans and integrate teaching into patient care.
- Complete assignments efficiently and utilize resources appropriately.
- Document patient assessment, plan, interventions, and responses.
- Participate in unit-specific competencies and quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist in clinical education and orientation of staff and students.
Requirements
Education:
- RN program completion
- BSN preferred or enrollment in BSN program
Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure
Licenses & Certifications:
- Current Registered Nursing License
- AHA or ARC BLS certification required
